During the production process, the straw is pre-cleaned, crushed and then pressed under high pressure at a temperature of about 100 degrees Celsius. The organic additive dosed in the production process significantly reduces the growth of moulds and fungi in the pellets.

The resulting granulate with a diameter of 6 mm or 8 mm is screened and freed of dust fractions.

In case of specific needs of a group of animals, pellets may be crushed into 3 types of fractions (2.5 mm/ 3.5 mm/ 4.5 mm) and once again additionally screened and subjected to additional dust elimination.

The constantly controlled production process, from the selection of the straw, through the granulation process, up to packaging, makes OnDry pellets of the highest and repeatable quality.

Our products are fully eco-friendly and biodegradable. Used granulate can be used as a natural fertilizer, composting component or substrate for biogas plants.
